I NEED CUSTOMER SUPPORT

I have tried to contact customer support for 6 days as of today. I have tried contact in the game itself, by email, and now by forum and no a chirp from Customer support.. I AM very upset by this.

My issue is that the email associated with the account is old and invalid. I have no access to the email on the account. I wish to renew my subscription but cannot for this reason.

Please respond as i am getting really really really angry about the fact that I am BEING IGNORED. Please make this issue right

The majority of the ZOS team have been off work for the holiday period (apart from a few forum mods and GMs), and are back in the office today. They will have a bunch of holiday backlog to work through, so it will take some time for them to get through all the Support emails. Hopefully they'll get to yours soon!

Zos customer support is actually good at times when i report a problem on the ps4 usually get a answer back fast probably cause of the holidays it's taking them so long to reply back
