Oh I know. It's been around pretty much since PC launch. That's partly why I got pissed off the other day when I got this in a reply from CS:Do a search here, this is a known bug that has been around for a long time.Seriously? Even without doing a search on the forums I knew that this was a known bug that has been around for well over a year, because I remember having seen multiple threads about it. And yet CS has no idea that this is a known bug? For *** sake...ZOS CS wrote:The issue that you have described does not sound like one that we are receiving any reports on previously, but I can certainly keep an eye out, just in case.
They're weird. It's like they don't even have any idea what their colleagues are doing or anything.
I have accidentally deconstructed a legendery dwemer staff before and contacted CS with a plea to restore it. To be honest I wasn't even really hopeful, just really upset(yes it was my bad too, I know, should've been more careful instead of mindlessly clicking "deconstruct" for 1001st time but you know how it goes...) but the very next day I got a very nice response AND my staff back. I was really happy and grateful and began to wonder if their CS had perhaps finally began to improve.
Next day a guildie of mine had a similar experience and I told him my story, so he contacted the CS himself...to be told they're unable to restore deconstructed items. Really? I must've had a nice dream then I guess...
I'm still keeping that letter in my mail(it doesn't expire) as a reminder that ZOS has at least one friendly and capable person in their CS...or they had at some point at least.
