When you purchase an item and it hasnt showed up. Do you log out and log back in? Is there a faster method?

✭✭✭✭✭Ill let you know something, on xbox, when you buy something from say a guild trader (at least the first item) is actually in my mailbox immediately. There is NOT an icon showing me that it's there, i just click on my mail and it's in there0 -

Thats why I love the Guild traders there in fact they should have 2 or 3 in each fence area instant access to your items no wait0 -
