I was thinking that, but should i put it on my resto bar? The dmg drops by a lot there, but theres literally no room on my dual bar.

You're pretty solid with what you got, but maybe drop power surge, move streak or hardened ward over to the resto bar, and drop in Proxy see how that works out?

Drop the 20% spell dmg?

Like I said you're pretty solid without proxy, but surge was the only one I could see other than mutagen you could drop to try it out. (but I was assuming you knew that already)
Inevitable.
You can cast it multiple times on multiple entities.

Can't you just hold block to mitigate the damage on inevitable? I was hit with it last night and just held block and it did very very little damage (didnt even break my hardened ward) also it takes so long to cast on multiple enemies you'd be leaving yourself wide open.
You can have it on your resto bar as long as you're on your dual wield bar when it goes off. The damage will be calculated by whatever bar you're on when it detonates.

Inevitable for PVP and Proxy for PVE (if at all in PVE) for most Magicka Sorc builds
Basically you don't want to be right in the thick, rather at range when possible. There are some Sorc builds that favor closer engagements, but you seem to be focused more on the ranged version. In duels to get Inevitable off against someone who will interrupt you. Exploit the window of opportunity you create with CC's.
Personally though I like Structured Entropy over Power Surge for the Might of the Guild Empower plus 20% extra spellpower.

Are you 100% sure about this? Not calling you out or challenging you; simply I didn't know this and it makes me second guess a lot of my skill bar set-ups
