You didn't read properly or did not understand.
This thread is not whining about dying in a pvp zone (I did not even die).
It is about how illogical it is that you still can find enemies (and respawning enemies) in a zone where everyone else but your own faction is supposed to be locked out. It simply makes little sense and wasn't clearly mentioned as such in the "rules".
By the way, what the hell are you doing with stones ? Does anyone still care about stones ? What people farm in the sewers isn't stones anymore, believe me ;-)
If I have the key to a door that leads to a room. I can unlock it and enter the room. If the door then locks again behind me, I'm still in the room.
If i'm in the tower of a resource in cyrodiil, and the enemy faction takes the resource. I am still in the tower. Other members of my faction cannot enter the tower though. This mechanic is all over the map. Stop pretending this is some strange unheard of occurrence in the zone. It's everywhere. Explicitly.
Opinions are only opinions until they are proven wrong.

Fire is hot and you can get ganked in IC.
It's explicit and implicit. The ENTRANCE becomes faction-locked.
However, I do agree that you shouldn't be able to respawn inside if your entrance has been locked.
non sequitur.
Is your point that once your faction takes the keeps everyone of the opposing faction should be kicked out? Or if they die they shouldn't be able to respawn within IC?
You get proven wrong and then change your argument. Like, what?

Now that I think about it, you probably should be able to respawn inside if you die to mobs.

That's debatable. If I die to NPCs bear a keep in overland Cyro I'm not allowed to respawn on site with a soul gem either.

Doesn't matter if kicked out or prevented to respawn (whether after mob kill or player kill), my point is that players from locked out factions should not be allowed to camp there for as long as they please. "Locked out" should have a meaning and a consequence - which in turn should benefit the other factions who have access.
I did not change my argument and I did not get proven wrong. You did, and now you twist things. Classical.
I provided you with real life and ESO examples of being "locked out" that justify people of the opposing faction entering the Sewers and staying there after the door is locked behind them. These are core game mechanics that you cannot ignore.
Unless they allow you to take the enemy base within the IC they we be allowed to stay there indefinitely. Which you could look at as intended or unintended. Regardless, your points are mute.

I provided you with evidence based on real life examples and on ESO mechanics that you should not be able to respawn in IC if you don't have access.
Rest is twisting words for nothing.
Conversation is getting very sterile.
Good night :-)

Also, the devs mentioned on ESO live that gated acess campaigns work exactly like the do now, they encouraged players to capture the ring then leave their toons in IC so that once they ring flips back they can go hunt stones from that opposing faction. I'm sorry to hear you lost your stones but that is how this zone is intended to function. The added risk of other players makes sense in IC as you get some of the best sellable loot in the game from their. Just like cyrodiil dolmens are the only ones that drop v16 lich gear, it's supposed to be dangerous. No risk no reward.
Please link the video where they encourage people to leave toons.

Exactly. Go farm old orsinium or something.
There's 3 other pvp campaigns for people to pvp, 4 including axe topside. Why would I goto wrothgar if gated access = faction lock? Stones should not be unique to just pvp. Pvers want access to stones too. Gated access and faction lock is a good alternative for pvers.
There's 4 campaigns for pvp. Stones are available inside a pvp zone. Players kill players in pvp. You died because you got complacent and you're being nieve. It's been known since before IC launch that locked access means you can no longer get INTO IC if your faction does not own its home keeps. And it was explicitly stated that people already in IC would not get kicked out.
Take responsibility for your mistake and prepare better the next time you go farm. If not, I'll cap my home keeps in axe and teach you to be prepared.
Your tears restore my Magika.
Peace bruv.

My version of explicit: Stated multiple times, on multiple media by multiple people.
I'm guessing what you mean by explicit is an official released statement notarized by ZoS?
This is like saying you didn't know you needed to buy DLC to access DLC. It's common knowledge and common sense.
Your assumption that there would be no other faction in the sewers was wrong and will always been wrong. Hundreds of players cap their home keeps in axe to go kill AD in those sewers. Welcome to PvP.

It wasn't explicit. It wasnt stated in the patch notes. Not everyone reads nor should be required to read pts notes or watch eso live YouTube videos. Paying attention is not the issue here. The fact that they offer faction lock but allow alt NB gankers to remain as long as they want isn't really faction lock now is it. It's a dumb exploitable mechanic and the purpose of this post is to get them to change it. I could care less about the stones. I've already made over 200k stones pvping IC in haderus and azura. So no crying here. Instead, why don't you pvp in a real zone like me and man up instead of skulking around with your twinked out vr16 toon NB preying on non vet pvers trying to experience IC in a faction locked area. I hope to god I come across you on one of the other campaigns because I want to wipe the floor with you.
Zos has an opportunity here to fix this mess. Guarantee you if they do, pvers and casual players will be extremely happy and come out in droves to play this game more. Right now with this stupid mechanic they are shooting themselves in the foot and loosing prospective players that want to try IC but may be to shy or scared or turned off.
