Eso should had never been online. They should of made online opinional. I run into so many problems with other players. Like when i wanna block someone for trolling i still see the character. Hate that. Or when your trying to get a boss at a dark anchor They'll close all the anchors before all enemy are defeated like little babys because they dont want to fight anymore. Thats my thought.
When you look into the eye of the beast, what do you see? I see my reflection....

The bosses and group content in open world ... you can solo them at the odd hours, when few players are online. That way you often get to decide wether or not you wish to push the pinions or not.
The players that you block can not whisper to you, but maybe they allowed you to see eachother, because there is content that players can affect. If you weren't able to see those you blocked, you would see animals, monsters and mobs in open world be taken down and killed out of thin air :P0 -

I have never played an MMO where blocking a character would remove them from your view. Also I have never seen one where you could block them from performing in game actions. You are simply not that powerful to interfere with the gameplay of others.
If you really feel that you should be able to use a block function to prevent other players from performing in game actions and advancements, then perhaps an MMO is not for you.
PS: People are closing the pinions perhaps to get the achievement and if you are not aggressive with it you don't get any. I am doing the same thing until I get it. Feel free to block me if you wish.Xbox One NA Aldmeri Dominion0
