So I just finished all of the story missions, silver and gold. And when I completed the very last mission of the ebon hart pact (that would complete the almanac) ALL of the quests from Shadowfen reset themselves and I cannot complete Cadwells gold.
This is utterly ridiculous!

I'm actually not bothered now. It took me thirty minutes to run just the main quests of the area. I'm quite surprised.0
