Once In Cyrodil we met a Large group of EP who were having a 'party'. We (DC) joined them for a couple of moments. It was weird, they were all naked and dancing and prolly having laughs. For once we were all peaceful. I'd like to see that again.
Don't know if it was the same event... but at the end of the Thornblade campaign when they made a load of the changes (6 months ago maybe?) warcouncil guild alliance took a blue keep across the far side of the map..... and all had a huge naked dancing party...
Maybe that was the one?
And yes we were having quite a laugh... music on teamspeak... drinking games, singing, we even played games of musical chairs while racing round the castle walls!
And a whole load of blues, and a few yellows joined us too....nobody was killed, was just the weirdest and most fun thing I've ever been part of in PvP

It'd be a nice in-game event if the ZOS devs would organise something like this occasionally. In other MMOs devs organise some pretty awesome in-game events (where they also participate and interact with players). Makes the world more alive, the community more active and interactive and the game more fun. Doesn't happen in this MMO for some reason....

I posted a concept a while back. ..http://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/143464/in-game-zos-developer-events-concept
You know, I have never actually used these words to describe ESO before, but when I read your comment @Genomic I had the thought "Yea, ESO is just souless"....
I think that's a pretty apt description of how I feel about it. Some other MMOs seem to have developers that actively play with the community, there are transient events, they have holiday events, and a real sense of personality. ESO seems static... and dead by comparison.
Maybe I'm just jaded.
"Yea, ESO is just souless"....

Omg, yeah it was in Thornblade. But it wasn't inside a keep, I think it was at a farm, mine or something. But it happened indeed around 6 months ago.
It was quite an amazing experience. One of the members of my group said he encountered something really strange. So we all headed out to see what it was. I'd say you guys should do that more often ^^.

Lava, it looks like someone from the matrix hacked your sig . Not sure if it is intentional or not just wanted to let you know
I don't think it would be appropriate for Christmas Day as most people are tied up with family stuff, but it would be a neat idea if on one set day in the year ZOS could disable PvP so that everyone could meet up and party without some idiot spoiling it, and PvEers could rush around Cyrodiil doing all the skyshards and quests. It would provide a focal point for everyone to meet and guilds could run contests, give out gifts, and recruit players. The publicity around the day would do no harm from a marketing point of view, and the devs could look in on it and perhaps hand out a few freebies as well. They might even open up Imperial City to all for the day and sell a few more DLCs as a result of people getting to look at it.

But it is realistic A ceasefire on saltrula (spelling) the PvP flag removed for a day on this and other big holidays PvEers have a day to get their PvE done
