After a purchase of redistribute scrolls;

I bought one of each scroll from the crown store (before I knew I could do it from a set location in game for gold) and I completly changed my character, but when I did so - my stats didn't actually change. Damage and spell damage stayed the same, as did armour stats. So.. I was a little cranky but I just assumed that I had no idea how to make a good arrangement. And then in game, I found where do reset for gold and I reverted back to what it was.

And now, the forums have a few posts about stats not changing. So, I'm not asking for a real-world-refund, but could I possibly get the cost of the crowns back?

I can't answer the original question but I am more interested how you can pay gold to respect your character. Where is this done?

Capital city of each faction, look for the three shrine on the map. One is for Attributes, One is for skills and one is for marriage.

ZOS don't answer every question in General Help; it's mainly those that have account issues that get addressed here, as they would be unable to submit a support ticket if they can't access their account. I'm not sure what the problem is with stats getting stuck, but ZOS don't usually give any Crown refunds.
