Quick question about the Prismatic Weapon

Say I get this quest but leave it until I reached VR16 ( if its possible ) would I be able to get the weapon as VR16 ? or would I need to complete the quest to advance more into the main quest ? ( its been a long time since I started a new character )

The weapon maxed out at VR12 when the cap was VR14 so it follows that it will now max at VR14.

However don't worry, the previously unique enchantment is now craftable using the Hakeijo rune and you can make it a set item!

You don't need to finish either of the Guild quests to advance the main story.

I'm now V2 and still use my level 37 Prismatic bow.It is just awesome,and gives me no problems with my enemies.

Actually, I believe it scales to v16 if you pick up the reward at v16.

It will be v16 if you do quest at v16
