Prices differ a lot, depending on wether you play on xBox, Ps4, PC and NA or EU. I play on PC/EU and price for a stack of 200 ruby ash wood is 7k-8k. Mostly it's best just to vendor the items and not deconstruct them for material...as the demand for wood is pretty low

Rubedo Leather is weird, because the price of the raw material is less than the price of the refined material >.<
