Besides, you still have the Champion system that allows you to hit 25% harder, regen 25% more and be 25% more resistant to certain types of damage than a new player with no vet toons. Isn't that advantage enough?
This completely. Many PvP players do want a huge gap and mow people down, it's why PvP is *** in most games. You have people that do nothing all day but PvP in a game and tend to ruin it for others.

And this is fair somehow? And he has a lot less champion points than I do. This battle leveling system is messed up.

The buff should be removed in Vet campaigns.

Are you using the exact same gear sets?
Your weapon power and stamina seem very low. Have you compared regens and cost reduction too?
My stam builds normally end up with 4300-4500 weapon power and 36k-30k stamina.

If he wanted to be truly powerful then he would be a vampire lord not a werewolf. He's scaled to VR15 and your stats are still better. This actually seems pretty legit. What is your problem - you feel like you have the right to crush everyone like ants?
He wants to be a mighty Dragonborn, who can slay dragons with 1 hit, be a ferocious WW that can rip everyone to shreds, a master assassin and super thief who can become 1 with the shadows, Arch-Mage of Winterhold, killer of Miraak and Harkon,...

Most battle levelled toons are seriously lacking in the sustain department. Yes they have 30k health and 40k resources but their regen is almost always under 1000 lol.

Serious regen issues
This is unbuffed. Not that I have much choice... too low level for rally/flying dagger xD
I've seen people get higher than mine too, like over 3k on regen and weapon damage. No idea how.
Currently I have zero glyphs on my armour, hence the small stamina pool. My jewellery is like level 12, my gear is 2 levels below my characters level (so I'm losing a bit of stats from that). I use Warrior on my mundus.Decent stats. But as I said you can't have everything with scaled toons. For one ur stamina pool is around 6k lower than most decent geared vet 16 (35-40k to ur buffed 31k) toons and that means ur shorted by around 600 weapon damage using the 10:1 ratio. Your health is also slightly higher Than the average dps (yours would be around 27k to the average 25k). I'm not sure which mundus youre using or if ur using DW but most of my rooms sit at 60% crit at v16. Also your resistances are at least 5k lower than most other stamina toons ( resistances do jack all in pvp but hey, maybe a little difference lol). Again if ur on this toon and try hitting my dk who's v16, I'd be fairly confident I'd be able to whoop this kitty's ass.

Honestly, I haven't even bothered to properly work on this one because he's just going to outlevel everything in 10 minutes anyway xD
Edit: Also keep in mind I'm level 21 and missing a lot of passives, like the 12% weapon damage bonus from medium armour for example. With gear my own level and glyphed, updated jewellery, major brutality and full medium armour passives this dude would hit like a truck.
Nah I don't think it's possible to surpass it. Like you said, I could probably come close though. The downside also is that a battle levelled character needs to continually update their gear and improve it to, at the very least, purple to get good benefits. This is extremely expensive! I'm pretty much broke right now because I have 3 non max levels in PVP.Hmmm I've never had a problem beating sub v16 toons so far. Maybe I'm just lucky :x. Haha. Maybe a screen shot of ur stats once uve gotten all the Passives and enchants would bring more clarity to me haha. I mean if a sub v16 toons can achieve stats that are better than a v16 room TOP decked then yes we have a problem. But so far I don't think that's possible. I believe u can come very close to a well geared v16 toon but not surpass it right? Right? Or am I mistaken lol.
I don't think that option exists any more.newtinmpls wrote: »

Sounds like he has a fair shot and you still have an advantage, problem?
