Are you using the exact same gear sets?

Your weapon power and stamina seem very low. Have you compared regens and cost reduction too?

My stam builds normally end up with 4300-4500 weapon power and 36k-30k stamina.

Champ points wont affect the stats , he probably has good gear, which after you go a vet level or 2 past it your *** goes down the drain. Plus ur stats are actually still better so it doesnt seem too bad

Low levels get stat bonuses to compensate for a lack of active/passive skills and gear. It helps them be on more equal footing in Cyrodiil as well as stand a chance in Wrothgar PvE. Even then, they still have it rough at times... Especially those below Lv20.

As for that Vet Rank, sounds like he has quite the build. I'd check his gear and stuff and then judge lol

I put more time into the game grinding goblins in Crackwood cave I should be able to faceroll new players and feel super powerful!!!

My stats should be so much higher than lower level characters because I earned it. (by grinding pve)

ZOS fix it so I'm OP again and the amount of time spent grinding mobs in PvE matters more than player skill!!!

Giving newer players an actual fighting chance in PvP is good for the game. The only people who think otherwise are the ones that want to feel powerful by killing new players by the thousands like some sort of god. We had that playstyle in PvP before and it was not good for game health.

Besides, you still have the Champion system that allows you to hit 25% harder, regen 25% more and be 25% more resistant to certain types of damage than a new player with no vet toons. Isn't that advantage enough?

And that only gives cheaters more incentive to cheat. Those who are truly powerful earn their power properly, and no amount of macroing or rubberbanding can do that. Not saying OP does this, just saiyan in general lol

    This is just for you

    http://tamrielfoundry.com/topic/jabsmania-templar-stamina-dd-build-for-update-1-6/

That screenshot was without his weapon damage glyph active, I also use 1 more weapon damage enchant where he uses a cost reduction, I also don't have a healthy ring as my imperial passives mean I'm at 20k hp anyway.

Oh and I use warrior mundus with divines gear, actually think my weapon damage is nearer 4800 buffed, need to go check.

Well it's kinda needed for them to have a bit of a fighting chance against higher lvls/more experienced PvPers

Besides, as a V16 you still have higher stats than the buffed up lower lvls. Plus as a PvP veteran, you still have access to CP which they don't have (unless they're an alt ofc)

But even so, this system makes that part a bit more fair IMO. Now if only ZOS could remove the general buffs/nerfs from it and add some class-based changes to it instead so they no longer have to change the classes themselves...

    That would be great :D

So being that he's battle leveled he's still NOT BETTER then you but he's kinda close ... which makes me thing battle leveling is working.

Also my NB is Redguard wearing all v14 blue gear with pretty much the stats that you have.

Frankly I don't get this obsession people have with having an advantage over others. In PVP I'd rather be equal so no one could say you won simply because of CP, gear quality, or Alliance rank, etc.

VR16s can reach some pretty ridiculous numbers. If people under VR16 couldn't get near it there'd be no point stepping foot into Cyrodiil. You'd get torn apart.

    Actually there will be

Since cp rank 160 will be the same as vr16 now, and gear will be tied to cp ranks, if someone got to level 50, earned 10 cp they would be at a massive disadvantage to everyone in game (just like how vet 1s were in the old vr14 battle leveling system)

Also since cp rank 160 will be max (for example obviously it will become higher) they'll have to make sure pre level 50 have enough buffs to still contend with those ranks, I'll imagine they'll take base cp bonuses and actually give lower level builds a tad more poeer, as currently battle leveling doesn't include cp, when eventually it will.

The 160 CP thing is true, but it really doesn't take long to get that many, especially with the catch up mechanic. Even so, the battle levelling won't need to be as lenient as it is currently.

This completely. Many PvP players do want a huge gap and mow people down, it's why PvP is *** in most games. You have people that do nothing all day but PvP in a game and tend to ruin it for others.
