@Nestor I tried what you suggested and am getting the same error trying to get in. I also received a response from CS telling me that they show me online and in-game already, which isn't the case. Now I am worried that I've been hacked.

I was just logged in and playing when I was booted out and, upon attempting to log in again, I received a 301 error. I attempted to submit a support ticket, at which point I was asked to input a new verification code (which I received in email and applied). Subsequently upon login attempts, I'm receiving the "Unable to connect to game server. Please make sure you have a valid internet connection."
Please note that I *am* able to log into PTS just fine (I have a template toon there I'd been using for testing); I'm just unable to log in successfully to live.

My son can log into his account just fine. So on his computer I asked him to log out, then we tried to log into my account from his computer and we get the same message trying to load the character screen for my account.

It happened to me almost 2 hours ago too. Just randomly.
Again, Im afraid I was auto-banned or something. ZOS has insane standards for bans.

I'm in the same boat. Has anyone had any luck getting back in yet? I just tried again, same message, and haven't received an update from CS on the situation.
@ZOS_GinaBruno would you mind checking into this issue for us?
