Monster helm sets thru PvP

I have been seeing posts about this but I haven't seen mention whether we would be able to pick traits of not? I figured, after reading about this upcoming change, that Zeni would just lock it into something like Impen as they have done with PvP gear in the past...

Have they said anything about this?

500,000 gold says it will be in random lock boxes like IC sets. I guarantee it. ZOS cannot implement this without some kind of troll to be had. they will be very very expensive though, not every day you get to buy an item that spanks out 8k damage ( Nerenith set) will be worth a hell of a lot of gold!!
