Wrothgar jewlery impossible to find?

Does anyone know if this is intended? I've done maelstrom over and over. I've gotten every set piece a dozen times over in every trait, and I've only seen 2 pieces of jewlery, the one for the heavy armor set, and one winterborn. @ZOS_GinaBruno is this intended that they are supposed to have a super low drop chance?

✭✭I have found a good number of the jewelry pieces in blue V15 level and a few Blue V16 level... but never in purple or especially gold, which is what I want.
So I have stopped bothering to look due to the bad, bad RNG and it taking too damn long and boring to find what I need.

✭They're not as important for builds as the IC dungeon drops (Sheer Venom, Combat Physician, SPC, Overwhelming), so I stopped grinding them after the first couple of useless sets drops I got.I have departed into the great unknown that is outside the game and the forums, and wish you well in your Tamriel adventures!
