Hisa Ni Caemaire - Altmer Sorceress, member of the Order Draconis and Adept of the House of Dibella.
Broken Branch Toothmaul - goblin (for my goblin characters, I use either orsimer or bosmer templates) Templar, member of the Order Draconis and persistently unskilled pickpocket
Mol gro Durga - Orsimer Socerer/Battlemage who died the first time when the Nibenay Valley chapterhouse of the Order Draconis was destroyed, then went back to Cold Harbor to rescue his second/partner who was still captive. He overestimated his resistance to the hopelessness of Oblivion, about to give up, and looked up to see the golden glow of atherius surrounding a beautiful young woman who extended her hand to him and said "I can help you". He carried Fianna Kingsley out of Cold Harbor on his shoulder. He carried Alvard Stower under one arm. He also irritated the Prophet who had intended the portal for only Mol and Lyris.***Order Draconis - well c'mon there has to be some explanation for all those dragon tattoos.
House of Dibella - If you have ever seen or read "Memoirs of a Geisha" that's just the beginning...
Nibenay Valley Chapterhouse - Where now stands only desolate ground and a dolmen there once was a thriving community supporting one of the major chapterhouses of the Order Draconis3 -

When they were asked about race changes they said something like "first let us rebalance the racial passives", so I don't think they will add this at least until they see how people like them (there was a new skill rebalance planned for early 2016, I think).DK Stamina DPS

✭✭✭✭✭Yeah, about barbershop all we know is its being worked on, and will come "soon™".
And of course, not nearly soon enough for all of us here who are eagerly waitiong for some way to adjust some small detail that looked all right in chargen, and not so great in live ame on our characters... a hip shape here, a hand shape there, a voice change here, a body adjustment there... that sort of thing.
Hopefully also some namechange option, as I'd love to make some of the names I choose more lore-conform (hey, I can't help it if I usually only play dunmer, and dind't think to make my orc alt name sound properly orcy... now she sounds like she was raised by elves!)
And of course, once this option does get added, there likely will be crown store packs offering new options to use... ew hairstyles, new beardstyles, new hair dyes, new makeup options, new tatoos... might even be they would hand out some of that as in-game rewards... come on, who doesn't think some of the justice system achievements should unlock "tamriel prison tats"?
Race change... there we have two words, one that they are still considering it after last rebalance, and another comment somewhere a month or two back that they are working on that too. It is a much more controversial topic...
My bet would be it will come.
Because there is money to be made of this.
Likely hand-in-hand with character recustomization options, since if someone changed their race, they likely would want to tweak their new looks as well...0 -

Except that the MMO factor alters that to a large degree.
I made a Bosmer toon. Many months later, I purchased the Imperial Edition bundle (finances allowed for it finally). However, if I want to make an Imperial I'm expected to make an entirely new character and that stinks.
ZOS needs to implement either [1] a way for people who purchase the Adventurer Pack or Digital Imperial Edition Upgrade after making characters, to change all existing characters' races or [2] an in-game gold and out-of-game crowns way to purchase race changes (e.g. in-game shrines and out-of-game respecification scrolls). The attribute and skill respecs already show that ESOTU is not hardcore in terms of decision permanence...

I would give Nords, Argonians and Darkelves a equivalent strong (but unique) passif compared to the other races (which are fine atm).0 -
