Once I've collected certain collectibles like Black Scabbardfish, Hairy Cottinfish, Matron Eelpout and Vorkinposh (Green/uncommon from fishing) is it safe to vendor them?

Nothing else can be done with them, right?

    Yeah, safe to vendor them. No need to hang on to them once you have them

    Yes, rare fishes and collectible parts of monsters (daedroth's eye, etc) count to your achievements when you pick them up. Then only thing you can do with them - sell to vendor
