Scale all areas from the other factions to max level

Zenimax should get rid of the Cadwell quests and scale all the areas (from the other factions + Craglorn) to max level after you beat the main quest on Coldharbour, just like they did with Orsinium and Imperial City. That's all I gotta say. =D

Maybe they do that once they removed the veteran rank system

Not gonna make it anymore popular, the problem is the insane amount of questing, and repeating the same quests over and over and over..

And over and over..

Once the final phase of the champion system goes live, all of it will be "level 50" anyhow. And champion points will be what gives you the edge... though there may be some battle-levelling mechanics implemented as well, we will see how that goes.

Not really.

Vr will be champion ranks as already been said, so vr16 will be cp rank 160, and levels and zones will be changed to the champion system. Hence why they said the old trials won't ever scale.
