Lol I own the series and have probably watched it from beginning to end close to 10 times. If your an anime fan that also gets a kick out of demon/demon slaying type stuff, you should give it another shot.

Other game forums are mostly used by complainers or frustrated ppl to vent their anger against the devs.

Plus there are forums out there that are way more toxic than this one (this one's is one of the better ones out there). Ever been to *bleep*?

Well, I wasn't at home at the time. Someone else had it on while I was visiting. And it was a decade or more ago I think. But I might check it out now that I have the name.

You don't know toxic, check out the Destiny forums. More matter what you post someone is going to be hostile to you. On Veterans day someone posted a thank a vet today and there were people coming on there to be hostile about that.

Dude i agree. And no its not console players lol. Im a console player and one time i literally wrote a HUGE wall of text about how much i loved this game and i explained why in such great detail, and i mentioned how i didnt get why people hated this game or talked badly about it. And nearly allllllll the responses were people just complaining about everything

That same thing happened on these forums on Veterans Day. Though, both viewpoints have some merit. Personally, I do not think anyone in any army fights for freedom, not in the sense that they did in, say, World War 2. Today, I think all armies are actually fighting for corporations.

And I do agree that there is a lot of complaining and negativity here. But it's not all bad.

Its the haters. Now that a lot of progress has been made they feel dumb about trashing the game. There are a few left who hang on for the sake of pride but your post is great. I think the positive vibes are about to come this way again.

Hey, at least they have (over)zealous mods on here to close threads and comments that do anything remotely wrong. I generally try and be reasonably civil/neutral on these forums unless ZOS do something that makes me unhappy.

But if you think about it, this post is ironically having a bad attitude towards people that have bad attitudes, therefore bringing the general attitude down

Will wait and see what happens, I have played enough small scale pvp through the years really have no desire to do it again, one of the things that brought me here other than being an Elder Scrolls fan was the AVAVA, if they pull this off with out ruining the AVAVA, even with the issues they have here I still find the AVAVA some of the most fun I have in the game, I like options for as many player types as possible, I just hope this does not end up removing an option for me, if it does guess I will find me something new to do.

Any time they release a bunch of announcements in a short time period the forums quickly fill up with love it / hate it threads and there is conflict between the two groups on every subject. And then there are those people you never see otherwise who have been lurking, waiting to come out of the woodwork just to fight with everyone because reasons.

We're in one of those periods now.

It's not the people that play the game it's the dev team. Their "vision" for races, classes and skills don't line up with Nerfs/buffs.

Promises are made and rarely come true. A permanent silence on big issues cause they don't want to be quoted.

Clear changes for cash grabs then lying saying it's for the players. I.e. PvP Rewards of The Worthy used to send a lot more mail but with the IC they dropped the rate cause it would be free VR 16 mats.

ZoS has balanced, Nerfed and buffed based off of a Vision that so outdated. They will change sets, drop rates and anything else to get you to paid for the easy way.

People can only be lied to so many times before it turns bitter.

I was just genuienly curious, I just see alot of negativity in regards to console players, as if console players are the root cause of nearly every problem.

Wasn't trying to start a troll thread, those don't go anywhere. Honestly, I was waiting for a tire to be changed on my car and I got bored ._.

I play on console, and i love this game. I see a lot of cool people on all platforms making effort to not be negative. I see the negative too but i leave it here and have fun with my guild in game.
I don't have a lot of the issues people complain about on here. I try to just have fun. I don't worry about all the math of it. Sure there are things i think could be improved on my templar but i love my character and can't see myself playing a different one anytime soon.
I think people get too into having to be the best or have it all. People are going to be toxic on forums no matter the platform.
Just please don't blame all console players. There are many of us who are not cod squeekers or whatever premisconception you may have. Just like i see a lot of pc players with an elitest attitude being a jerk just because some people could care less how much you spent on that fancy video card. But i know they are not all like that.
A gaming platform should not be like a religion where we begin arguing because the deity we play on is the best.
It is also not the players fault console is late to the party. It should be players vs the big game companies. The new trends in cash grabbing, destiny and EA come to mind, by these companies is getting stupid. Zos shows some of this, but i think they have done some good things. Yes they have done some crap things too and pc players do have a right to be pissed at the long time unfixed bugs. They just need to find the balance between making good money and keeping the players happy by putting out quality content.

There was a lot of negativity before B2P as well, but perhaps more relevant and constructive. But I do remember threads being sunk by "hate" comments or getting 100 LOL votes, or disagree votes before that again.

It is because the devs have shown more incompetency than anything else in dealing with any game issues including balancing, improvements, bugs, exploits, customer support, etc. Many of us have bad attitudes about the game because we were around when it was awesome and had potential to be the best MMO on the market, but that potential was ruined by nothing except bad management by the company. It was never perfect to begin with, but it could have improved. Instead, each patch has progressively made the game lesser than it was, with only a few exceptions.

Communication between devs and players is bad. It was good when we had Road Ahead, but its been going down since they stopped doing those. Same thing gets repeated over and over again. No-one knows whats going on and this forum is very vulnerable to rumours and lies. I cant say nothing more, Zen wanted chaos, and they got it. Another example of how Amateur Zen is, even indies does this better than Zen, they should guide us through this, but they arent.
