Has anyone already experience with the Leeching Plate Set?

I hope some of you have already used and tested it how good it is.

Tooltip:
"When damaged gain an 8% chance to summon a cloud of leeching poison under the attacker that deals 912 Poison Damage every second for 5.5 seconds and heals you for the damage done".
Drops in ICP.

Questions:
  1. Does it stack? Is there an internal Cool Down?
  2. What happens if the attacker moves. Does the cloud of Poison stay where it was? Meaning end of the benefit.
  3. Does it proc abilities like Nerien'eth or Siphoning Attacks? And if so: on the first hit or all?
  4. or is it a DOT? Does it proc Valkyn Skoria?

"I still do not understand why I followed the advice of Captain Rana to bring the villagers of Bleakrock into safety. We should have fought for our village and not have backed down, with our tail between our legs. Now my home village is in shambles, the houses burning, the invaders feasting.I swear every day to Shor that after Molag Bal has been defeated, I will hunt down the invaders and restore peace in Bleakrock and drink my mead with my friends at the market place".PC-EU

Sadly it had huge change after yearly pts.
    1. It doesn't stack. You can have only 1 poison cloud active at a time.
    2. Poison Cloud doesn't move, it is 5m aoe that stay on 1 place.
    3. Damage is 5 hit DOT - Nerien'eth not proccing.
    4. In addition to main aoe DOT, Poison Cloud also apply small Poison dot on enemies affected by main DOT- high chance to proc Valkyn.

    Thanks @Cinbri , that's good info !

Is that 5m... is that the radius around the attacker or the diameter? (a radius of 2.5m around the attacker)

And do I understand correctly that other adds in that 5m AOE get the 5 tick DOT as long as they stay in the cloud?

5m diameter with middle bellow attacker. Visually equal to templar Rune Focus. Every enemy who stay in 5m cloud recieve damage and you heal from each of them. Poison damage from cloud can crit and healing you recieve can crit too. Like in pve with buffed self-healing CP i managed to get 5k crit healings; with 5 mobs staying in cloud and heal you for 2k hp without any crit, it is like get 10k heals every second for 5 sec=50k heal. If Malubeth set procced at same time you get +30% healing. Very effective in pve, but coz battle spirit, high mitigations and open fields battles it is weak in pvp. Thaumaturge CP increase its damage.

From what you say... I start liking this set :)
Will be a hell of a grind to get, but it fits sooo nice to my solo PVE play style for my Siphoning NB Tank.
Too bad for in PVP that the cloud does not move with the attacker.
Would really be great if that would happen.

One last question, if you allow me...
It is for me unclear what influences Poison Damage.
I did some reading on the forum, but saw nothing really conclusive.
    You mention CP Thaumaturg.
Do you know about the influence of your Mag/Sta pool, Spell/Weapon Damage, CP Elfborn?

Seems Spell/Weapon Damage, CP Elfborn affect it. Mag/Sta pools didnt change tooltip. I could post video of its proc if you want.
