TheGrandAlliance✭✭✭✭Yes... but address this situation requires the use of /z to conter: Ignoring /z isn't going to solve anything. The "randoms" don't even know the "elite" guilds even exist, and if you don't do something to lead the /z, then someone else will.
Whether they are of a strategic mind and can handle such a task is subject to debate. However claming that "anyone who uses /z doesn't know WTF they are talking about" is false.
As long as someone leads a raid... they are a "general" in a loose sense. If you don't like what they are doing or going... counter with arguments made in /z and try to steal players from a failed raid. Sometimes the Alliance war is same faction.

nukeyoo✭✭✭Oh ive seen plenty of occasions where some noob in zone puts together a pointless zerg to take some keep off in lala land that has no strategic significance, doesnt even serve as a distraction tactic, and splits the alliance down the middle while the real fight happens vs a superior force at a keep that is in the chain for every transitus (usually alessia or one of the outposts) past it.
Loss by pure stupidity in that case. Cant always stop a zerg with 15-20. Sometimes a little cannon fodder or whatnot actually does help.
So let me see if I understand properly. People are organizing randoms that don't have group into a pug warband. These are the same people that were not invited into your guilds "pro" zerg. So these same people that were not invited by your guild are stupid because they don't follow your "pro" zerg around?
Another question, did they take the keep? Seems pretty smart if they did and weren't farmed like your "pro" zerg was. At least the keep they took garners the faction a few more potential points.
Calling people stupid because they didn't do what you wanted with the people they took the time to include seems a bit asinine. The solution to the problem is obvious.... to anyone that's not stupid at least.

Chances are if you are one of these guys, you are level 22 and a nightblade trying to solo a keep you just happened to pick up from the warfront board.
We all know it, some fall for it, but man youre annoying =D
Get on TS, dont make excuses, play your role, and learn that you have no idea how PvP works =D

- Remove / Change CPs System, remove current CP/noCP campaigns and introduce one 30days with lock, one with no locks
- Fix crashes when approaching a keep under attack because of bad / wrong rendering prioritization system
- Change emperorship to value faction score points and not alliance points - see this and this
- Fix long loading screens (mostly caused by players joining group out of rendering range)
- Add 2 more quickslots to the wheel or add a different wheel for sieges weaponry only
- Fix Balista Bolts not dealing damage on walls or doors if deployed at a certain place
- Release bigger battlegrounds with 8 to 16 players per team and only two teams
- Fix the permanent block animation - see examples : link1 link2 link3 link4 link5
- Gives players 10 minutes to get back into Cyrodiil after relogging / crashing
- Add a function to ignore the Claiming system of useless rewards
- Improve the Mailing System / Rewards of the Worthy stacking
- Assign specific group sizes to specific campaigns (24-16-8)

- Make snares only available from ground effects abilities

I usually go with, "I'm going to go buy siege" that way no one suspects me later when we are sieging and I'm sitting on a stone treb afk not doing anything.Retired.
