It isn't, Australia just isn't in the quick list at the top of the form - scroll down like once and you will see Australia there.

Gambling laws I suppose. Here, TV competitions get around that sort of thing by asking a multiple choice question of captain obvious proportions so that it's a 'quiz' rather than a 'lottery'.

I don't think they should have held a contest for a cash prize if a lot of their players can't enter. It does really suck.

Been very loyal to this game especially when it was paid subscription putting up with the constant errors. Still even to this day but I and many others have stayed loyal. Now the country I'm from isn't a valid country to enter the competition. How unfair is that? Unless you ZOS have plans to do prizes in every single different country thats not valid for this competition, this is completely unfair to many loyal fans of the game.

This is my rant about how unfair this is and I'm sure there will be plenty of others complaining the same as me.
Please Zenimax Online Studios don't lose the respect from myself and thousands others, I hope you have a plan for everyone that is part of this game.

Slovakia too. might be that excluded are countries that have laws that say the lottery winner has to pay tax from the win (Slovakia is like that)

As for us Aussies not being able to enter, it's because of our laws and nothing to do with Zenimax.
Still a shame though - was looking forward to winning a million!

Would be nice though if there was a special competition (with Crowns as prizes) for us who can't enter.

I would love to know why Australia isn't included as well. Some posters have said "because of Australian laws", but they haven't provided any links etc to actually support that claim. Has anyone got any more info about this?

Why is my state/province restricted from entry?
When we came up with this crazy idea, we wanted everyone across the globe to have a chance at winning the million bucks. However, it turns out that giving away that much money isn't as straight forward as we had hoped. There are different competition rules per country and even across states and that ultimately determined for us the final list of eligible countries and states.

Which really sucks. Even though I'm able to enter where I live, it's too bad that so many are left out. It would've been nice if they could've had some sort of contest that would've worked for everyone.

There should be no give away like this at all. They should figure something out where all the player base can contribute. This will upset a lot of players, including us in Australia.
