Certainly. You would get the Crowns in the form of a digital code. As such as you would buy on Amazon or anywhere else fine crowns are sold.
As far as not revealing the state you live with a size of at least 1,212 mi² (Rhode Island - the smallest state in the union) (since anyone would so certainly be able to find you based on your state) I'd say it's due to paranoia and should be checked into. /sarcasm
If you plan on staying in one of these three states, you should certainly write your state congressperson and urge them to re-visit the sweepstakes laws.
