Ugh. Well at least that explains why I was so darn confused about why my spell damage was STILL lower than my other v16. I thought this character was cursed or something. But it's a bug. Or as intended. I don't even know anymore with this game. It's a constant surprise!
At least I can be happy that I finally got my 2 v16 in full v16 gear.0 -

✭✭It is most likely a UI error. My 4th piece of Magnus does not give me extra spell damage on my character sheet but it does increase my dmg a bit. If you don't already, get a combat add on tha shows you dmg numbers and test it.2013

I'd do so, since I use one, but for a proper test I should craft another VR16 piece with legendary improvements and a legendary Magicka glyph applied.
