Apparently I died getting out of bed. Possibly the fastest and most ignominious death yet. At least I had my pants on.

How is this even possible?

had that happen to me twice. If I'm going to die by fall damage, I'd rather jump off stuff on purpose. It's more fun that way XD

Man.. the lag on landing from Coldharbor has gotten much worse...
Power level to CP160 in a week:
Where is the end game? You just played it.
Why don't I have 300+ skill points? Because you skipped content along the way.
    Where is new content? Sigh.

Sorry, I had to laugh. The Irony, you escape Coldharbour and give the bird to Mannimarco, only to die straight after taking your first breath of freedom. Now Molag Bal knows how to defeat you, he just places a bed between yourself and him.
I, as a loyal member of the Foamy Cult, do solemnly swear to live a logical life free of stupidity, ignorance and all round jack assery. I shall do my best to enlighten those in need of Squirrelly Wisdom in hope of one day ridding the world of human idiocy. This I swear.

That would certainly make for a unique boss fight mechanic.

Have you hit the Daggerfall starting bug where not only you die on arrival, but you look to the other end of the room and there are two prophets waiting to talk with you!
Tenesi Faryon of Telvanni - Dunmer Sorceress who deliberately sought sacrifice into Cold Harbor to rescue her beloved.
Hisa Ni Caemaire - Altmer Sorceress, member of the Order Draconis and Adept of the House of Dibella.
Broken Branch Toothmaul - goblin (for my goblin characters, I use either orsimer or bosmer templates) Templar, member of the Order Draconis and persistently unskilled pickpocket
Mol gro Durga - Orsimer Socerer/Battlemage who died the first time when the Nibenay Valley chapterhouse of the Order Draconis was destroyed, then went back to Cold Harbor to rescue his second/partner who was still captive. He overestimated his resistance to the hopelessness of Oblivion, about to give up, and looked up to see the golden glow of atherius surrounding a beautiful young woman who extended her hand to him and said "I can help you". He carried Fianna Kingsley out of Cold Harbor on his shoulder. He carried Alvard Stower under one arm. He also irritated the Prophet who had intended the portal for only Mol and Lyris.

Order Draconis - well c'mon there has to be some explanation for all those dragon tattoos.
House of Dibella - If you have ever seen or read "Memoirs of a Geisha" that's just the beginning...
Nibenay Valley Chapterhouse - Where now stands only desolate ground and a dolmen there once was a thriving community supporting one of the major chapterhouses of the Order Draconis

Lol, no. I've had the two prophets bug. I think that one triggers if you're level 5 when you leave Coldharbour. But I've never had that in conjunction with the death on arrival bug.

I have to admit I do quite enjoy these little glitches. If nothing else, they make me feel better about the quality of my own software.

What? <gasps, puts hand to heart in astonishment> you mean there are folks who leave the Wailing Prison before 5th level??
