Poll: What kind of Armor did you wear in Vet MA?

We can see on the Leaderboards what kind of class. But not the kind of Armor or the main Stat.
Poll is only for players that finished the vMA succesfully.
If you run several characters, please tick off your best character in vMA.
Personally I am also curious how many, if any, Heavy Armor characters did succeed.

If you did not achieve it, you can tick off "Other" to see the results

yeah...

If some builds are hardly represented they can:
.....either nerf the vet MA (Personally I hope not !)
.... or take the info in consideration to buff something (buff balancing with respect to other rankings in PVP, Pledges, Trials etc)

But for now I am just curious where we are

5+ Light Armor, Magicka build

I did it once with a stam NB 5 medium, 1 heavy, 1 light.
I did it countless times with my magic NB 5 light, 1 heavy, 1 medium.

strange poll. people have more than one build/char to run msa with...
besides, everybody know taht magicka sorc > magicka nb > rest for your "first easy completion".

there should be very few players who exclusively try stamina. maybe those that have some kind of fetish or only want to invest in one set adn choose it because it's superior in pvp for them

Why are the poll options things like 5 Light Armor Stamina build when absolutely no one would do this?

More useful would be the following breakdown:

5L/1H/1M Magicka Build
7L Magicka Build
5M/1H/1L Stamina Build
7M Stamina Build
5H/1M/1L Magicka/Stamina Build
7H Magicka/Stamina build

I cannot disagree with you

But a Poll cannot be changed anymore...

I keep it in mind for over 1-2 months, against that time the numbers will have grown as well.

Theres nothing curious about it. In vma you have to focus on dps and minimal heals. Stamina characters should use 5 piece medium for score. Magicka characters should use 5 piece light armor for score. You can complete on different combo's, but you wont get as high a score.

I'm using 5 Medium, 2 Heavy. The current option fits me, yours doesn't.

It's Ok, it's better to have useless options than force people to vote wrong ones because they are the most similar to what's going on.

It's funny how I voted "other" just to see that the build I was in the arena with is used by the majority (atm).
I kept dying over and over in stage 7 (I think it was 7, I keep forgetting it) and never returned. The obelisks weren't up and I had no stamina anymore to dodge out of that bunch of creatures. Every single time. And always at the final boss in that stage. Replacing a skill with Streak didn't help; I could get away from these creatures, but it's useless when the obelisks are not up.

Question: that purple dye from the achievement.. is it worth the run? How does it look like?

I do that arena by keeping an eye on the hoarvors and webbing spiders 100% of the time. If they are not up I will kill everything in my path, but those are the top priority.

With the final boss, my order would be mini-spider daedra, hoarvors, webbing, adds and finally boss (unless you've got very good dps and can nuke the boss, of course).

Other styles might not be so pinkish. The IC Sewer Molag Bal's purple looks gold on me.

Wow, actually it doesn't look that bad, it still has a slight purple touch^^ Thanks for posting this

I don't have the IC purple because I don't have the DLC, but I've seen many players running around with that golden "purple", it looks pretty good, imo

The IC purple will look Gold if you paint it on the right two spots and more purple if you use it as the first base slot.
