Couple of Issues (Both My Fault)

Hey there! So I accidentally left the guild I created and was wondering if there was any way to retrieve it, since the person that was promoted automatically by the system has been inactive for a while, and they can't promote me back.
If there's anything I could do that'd be great, if not then so be it, anyways, thanks for the help!
The other issue I wanted to mention, was me accidentally buying the Daedric Motif off the Crown Store. Twice. I was wondering if I could have the item removed, and the Crowns Refunded. Again, if something can be done that'd be great, if not, so be it.

✭✭✭✭✭For the first one, I would suggest submitting a support ticket at http://help.elderscrollsonline.com and explaining the situation; they should be able to do something about that.
For the second one, it doesn't hurt to ask, but they don't usually give refunds for Crown Store items unless they are buggy.
