Factionstyle-Armor from "other" Factions available?

hey guys,

the IC faction based armor, is it possible to get the armor styles from the other factions if you buy the bags from the tel var traders?

because:

at the beginning hes wearing DC-Armor and at 24:45 he has EP armor? I know that "Ebonheart Templar" is EP, so how did he get the DC armor? or is that pts maybe?

    I believe if you get it from the reward boxed in IC it's a random style, you can also buy/trade with other players or just move your stones to a AD/DC character to make the purchase.

    oh, so i can buy it with a lvl 1 toon, put in on my bank and wear it with my main character?

    You can't purchase the items if you don't have the required level. And boxes always drop stuff with your faction style. The only way to get another faction style items is to buy it with a character in another factin VR15 or VR16 or to buy if from the guild stores.

    No because your level 1 isn't eligible to get into Cyrodiil or IC. And the telvar goody boxes are scaled to the purchasing toon, unless that has changed. So you probably wouldn't want to buy them on a low level alt.

    The most common way to get other faction's gear is buying from guild stores.
