✭✭I received an e-mail about this from ZOS Support.
They requested that I give them times I am online as receiving my reward may necessitate meeting in-game, also that they are fully aware of this issue and looking at a fix.
So ZOS owe me a Sanctum and vDSA reward currently, will report back if any news. The reply time is disappointing though, it took ZOS support four days to respond to my initial help ticket and it's been two days since my response and still nothing, what is with the insane delay now?0 -
