Seriously, the costumer support cannot help players with anything. Anything at all. "Helping is our passion!" ROFL.
Ages ago I lost (probably DC'd) a silly green item that I wanted to keep because of its funny name. I contacted support, within days they contacted me in-game and a gamemaster gave me my item back = I was a super happy costumer.
I feel like they fired all the useful people and hired people whose only expertise is saying 'no, leave us alone' in 500 ways.
The past 6 months I tried contacting them twice, and they couldn't help me either time. First time I wanted to ask a question about collectibles and they were like 'blah blah, can't give you game info' LOL okay, then why are you called support? Second time was just yesterday, again I dc'd an item (yes, I should use item saver, i know..) which was also just a level 45 purple prismatic blade that I was keeping as a unique item, etc. OFC costumer support is suuuuuuuuuuper soorrryyyyyy but they cannot do anything to help me.
WHY? Really it's this hard to look up the code of the item and send it to me? They managed to do it a year ago...
Don't even get me started on the 'OH WE ARE SO BUSYYYYYY COZ ESOTU IS AMAZINGLY POPULAR SO GO TO THE FORUMS AND DONT BOTHER US WITH UR STUPID QUESTIONS' automated response, after which you have to keep on begging them ('i know almighty support that you are super duper busy but PLEASE take ur time and do what you are paid to do and look at my question!') to actually get another copy paste stupid answer from them.
I feel like all the support does is use copy paste general texts and say no to anything. Very disappointing.
