Let me explain:

I have eight, BUT one have to be used for a pack mule. I can not use her for playing. I store disguises and cool items like Nirnroot wine, mysteries meat, etc. They are bound items, so I can not store them on an alt account, nor I do not want to use an alt account for playing -- lack of CP earn, crafting skills like traits, etc I do not have any crown store items on alt account either, etc

Who else want...?:
1) More char slots
2) Be able to put items like disguises and cool items in the collections tab

PS: all my 8 characters' inventories plus the bank are maxed... still not enough space.

As to more character slots, I'm an altoholic from way back, but even I have trouble managing more than seven characters with a viable purpose in-game. I keep re-rolling my eighth slot now, trying to find a purpose for it, plus the time to level up another character.

But, there's no good reason NOT to sell additional character slots from the Crown Store. Revenue for the game, and no harm done to people who don't want them.

Also add a check box to keep items safe from decon. My mule holds mats and especially gear that I want to make sure doesn't accidently get deconned.

1) Definitely! Though not for mules, I couldn't bear keep a mule and not play the character anyways...

2) Disguises, yeah. Wouldn't even be so difficult to do - sure, they need the disguise item for the quests, due to the "discovery=disguise lost and needs to be reaquired by looting from enemies/looking in containers" mechanic, but all they'd have to do is remove the disguise item upon completion of the quest, and give a tab-held costume with the same visuals...
Cool items... maybe, though those are not that many, so those I could also keep in inventory.

And also...

3) more darn bank space! last two DLCs we got dozends more things to bank, from crafting resources to style materials, and no bank extension to make the space!
An alternative might be splitting the bank storage in the first place... have, say, bank space for all gear, and add some "warehouse" space for crafting materians and consumables that people can then upgrade seperately...

You only have one pack mule? Using your system of how many chars you have I only have 3 because all of the rest are pack mules. Do I hoard? Yes. Is this my choice? Yes. So I live with it...

Same here. 7 characters and a mule and bank space is still tight.
Hopefully crafting bags and/or housing will ease the storage problem in time.
I'd like another 4 character slots so I could have a character of each race, plus a spare slot for silly ideas I want to try out. I'd buy them and if they were available I'd also buy the Imperial upgrade.
I'd like this option too even if so far the Shadowsilk Goblin is the only disguise I've bothered keeping.

How can I run through Davon's Watch in goblin form without raising an eyebrow, but if I show up with a stolen ring in my pocket the guards are on me in a second?

I just blend in with the assorted skellies, scarecrows and pumpkins. I gave up expecting immersion in a mmo way before I started playing ESO.

They know we want the costumes to go in the costume storage. They've said so. Supposedly they are going to offer additional character slots in the Crown Store. They have also mentioned doing a separate bank for crafting mats. Haven't seen any of it yet.

I always thought the guards assume that gobbo is a slave to some dunmer noble that was exceptional enough to be left out of the house without leash. "Hey, did you see? They even allowed it to carry weapons? Must be having cast some hefty obidence spells on it..."

As for that ring... "Stop right there, Criminal Skum!"

I gave up keeping those "cool" things because I refuse to keep a single character as a pack mule. I don't really think we need more than 8 at this time, but it would be nice if the trophies and collections went into the actual collections tab.
