Yes. I'm set up for pvp, but a high damage build can easilly be a good healing build
I can heal dungeons just fine and can wreck in pvp.
What set up are you currently using? Will be easier to tweak what you have rather then start from scratch with my suggestions.

Well your stays are there of there abouts.
I'm vamp, but this is what I run:
Bar one - dual wield
Puncturing Sweeps
Radiant Opression
Vampire's bane (mainly as a spell power and crit buff)
Aurora javelin (handy for 1vX)
Toppling charge
Clouding swarm
Bar two - sword and board
Structured entropy
Harness magica
Breath of life
Elusive mist
Purifying light (hit this before ice comet and they melt)
Ice comet
I run 5 julianos, 4 magnus, 3 willpower
These are my stats fully buffed outside Cyrodiil
Why does everyone think you have to run skills to benefit others. You play a healer in dungeons, play how you like pvp. Don't run a heal on both bars if you don't want, don't run magelight to reduce crits to allies.
Run what you want. Templars are more than support. I love it when people think that about me and get their arse handed to them
DO NOT FORGET "RADIANT MAGELIGHT" !! (on both bars)
Sorry for yelling but it is that importat. And not for seeing Nightblades....that part of the ability is useless. You have to "step on them" to see then.
It halves their crit aginst you and your friends. PVP is filled with Nightblades. This ability is worthy of taking up space on both bars. (you dont have to re apply it if its on both bars)

I run "magelight" for the crit defense for myself, not for tothers. The benefit my teammates get from it is icing.
You cant heal when you are dead.
A Nightblade will single you out in a group. If you dont have magelight running you will die about as quickly as you can say "I have a Nightblade on me"...

Just no and you're even "yelling" about it
Only potatoes and milkdrinkers run double RM, because some guy on the forum(that's equally new to PvP), told them it's super important. Successful or just actual PvP'ers aren't using builds with only 8 skill slots. You need counter and defence against more things than gankers. It's way more handicapping to give up 2 skill slots, than occasionally dying to a ganker, which frankly shouldn't happen often unless you play vampire.
It's nice to have a player with RM in the group sure, but why should OP have to be that guy, he needs the other morph for healing endgame PvE content. I doubt he's rich enough to re-spec morphs on a daily basis.
Stack some impen&resistant, extra health and learn to react and position yourself. Be in a group with others that can heal some, so you get cross healed, if someone sneak attacks you.
