I don't even bother with Dungeons anymore, I wanted the Engine Guarden Helmet but honestly the time it might take me to farm it is just not worth it for me overall.
I'll hapilly do with my crafted sets, would love this idea thought.
The error was the creation of PvP in this game. Elder Scrolls and PvP nonsense and more harm than good for PvE. The most paid players are PvE players, fans of the Elder Scrolls world. The dungeons are boaring the 3rd time you run them.
This game was sold on pvp, yet to get the best gear you need to grind pve dungeons and the vet arena........
The fact that there is this mechanic in the game and the lag that we face when pvping kind of shows the lack of alternative games out at the moment theres no way many of us would play if there was a viable alternative.
After all what kind of masochist puts up with ping rates hitting 3-4k in combat?
There needs to be something in the game that you can get only if you are lucky though.
Personally I believe monster sets are not meant to be grinded. THey are just to add some flavour to the game.

Yes the RNG needs to be looked at a bit, but not for trying to get new ones if you already have an older one.

If they drop them just enough so people who want them know it's possible, but make it so hard to get through rng, what ends up happening is we have people like yourselves doing 100+ dungeon runs for hours on end. It's very likely you've subscribed in this time or have spent at least something on the game... Which is all they care about.
Not knocking the business model, just pointing it out.

No. People that want to get the optimal gear would not quit immediately after they get it.They would continue playing what they want to play. PVP an competing In the PVE leaderboards. If ZOS thinks that the actual end gameplay is not enough then the game has even more problems then we thought.

This right here, if I could just get the sets I want I could go pvp and enjoy myself and help out friends with what they need.

Maybe you would. But I believe @N0TPLAYER2 really is right here. There are many ppl who lose motivation to play when the grind is over.
