So let me get this straight. I wait for a group at world boss location, kill the boss on my v16 healer, complete the daily that can only be done once a day, and recieve a v15 briarheart armor piece from the wrothgar daily contract recompense bag, even though I am veteran rank 16...

But yeah, the reward packs are chance-based. Either you get some blue V15 "decon-bait", or you get some blue V15 set piece, or you get lucky and find some purple V16 stuff... (and hopefully some you don't already have, unless me who got a second darn briarheart helmet and could hear the gods laughter in the back of my head... )
Buuuuuuut, them's the breaks for random rewards. In time, one will get together a decent set to take on a test run... just will take way more time...4 -

In a word yes.......it's complete [snip] considering you also need to factor trait and piece type into that RNG
I've been doing dailies for a week now and gotten 3 pieces and only ONE real briar keeper (head V16 with infused on it) I have also gotten no less than SIX V15 belts. ><
imho they should at LEAST scale to level every time (or at least remove some of the stupid traits like Well Fitted)

✭✭Blues will scale to character level capping at v15. Purples will always be v16 regardless of character level.
I have a friend that can use the Trinimac set on his v9 sorc because of the blue drops.
That's interesting, because I received a Blue V16 Briarheart ring as a reward.Far too many characters to list any more.2 -

Decado✭✭✭✭Get used to it I'm afraid that this seems to be the route there going down, making it really difficult too get the gear you want in v16, in pretty sure they are of the opinion of they do this people will keep busy with the same content for longer2 -

✭I hope console realise that they can do WB daily 6x per day which will up their chances. Since the orsinium release, I have complete set of briarhart, pariah and trinimac, v16 with recommended traits; downside is I'll never use them as I'm a happy magicka build with the usual julianos/kena/willpower. No one else commented on this, so......Dude you are so wrong! Yes, you can only do EACH WB once a day, but you can do every WB every day. Chat is MOSTLY players sharing the WB dailies. Between WB and Delve daily, you have 7 daily rewards available. The only way to beat RNG is repetition to increase odds. Well the problem with that is, once people have gotten what they want from the daily quests they will move on (since the bags are only useful if you want a set piece) Once that happens and the herd thins, getting enough people together, that randomly have all the quests could take hours and hours. (unless they scaled back the WBs to be doable solo or max 2-3 people)

DurzoBlint13✭✭✭✭I have 4 pieces of vr16 Briarheart from Cyrodil. Mostly it drops at vr15 but once in a while I get lucky and get the vr16. Just need 1 more ring and I can run 5pc Briarheart, 5pc Hundings and 2 pc Agility!!! Hoping to finish this set before I enter the Arena0

Dreyloch✭✭✭✭✭I've gotten a full set of Briar's. Every single piece including jewlery. I've done the Wb dailies on 2 toons for a total of 12 bags even!
However, only 2-3 pieces I've gotten are v16 purple(of Briar's). The rest has been all blue v15. Those talking about the delve daily can keep it! For the time and effort it takes to run around doing that delve and only getting some crap decon piece? Nah, ya all can keep that garbage. The delve's might be worth it if your still leveling. No I did 7 frigging dailies Everyday with all 3 of my toons since orsinium came out. That's about 21*7 dailies completed per toon. You want gear in 2 weeks of doing 1 daily per day? No sir. U will only get your briar pieces after about a year of farming. That's right. That way when u finally get your 5 piece briar, New dlc will be out and there will be a new set you have to farm. Nope, you are not allowed to enjoy the briar you just farmed. Yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay ZOS!

✭✭✭✭✭Opened 40+ Wrothgar daily rewards today (I was hoarding them with my healer as I leveled up to VR16). Most rewards were decon trash, i.e. not even set items. Only 2 of the set items were VR16.
Since I'm done leveling that character, and given the unimpressive stats of the Wrothgar sets, extremely low drop rate of VR16 gear, and BoP nature of all drops, there's another part of the game I don't see myself doing again soon...2
