Technically skeletons have no gender. All the gender "parts" are missing.
Been an issue for Khajiit and Argonians as well.
They all get turned into a different race.
Last I saw, the official line on this was that it's not that you are being turned into a skeleton, it's that you are being turned into one of the village warriors.
I guess they are all male?

But OP is correct, female skeletal pelvis looks noticeably different from male skeletal pelvis... you can google it

I can understand why female players or characters would want the polymorph to match their gender. But, honestly do you really think ZOS is going to take the time do code that in and make additional character models? It's really a non-issue. Besides, you're morphing into a skeleton (which happens to be male); you aren't ripping your skin off to expose your own skeleton underneath.
