Is this intentional that there aren't any weekly rewards for time trials anymore? Or is this a bug?
Not that the Aetherian Archive v14 legendary gear is awesome or anything but no rewards at all, how is this making people want to do trials again?

lonewolf26✭✭✭✭✭I can confirm this happened again this week. Placed #46 on the board but got nothing.
Weird thing is the weekly screen recap showed me at Overall Rank #46 but with a current Score of "No Score", however scrolling to my name in the list showed me with a score of 103030.
I filed bug a report on this yesterday requesting an e-mail back. #151122-003173
@ZOS_GinaBruno since this is a recurring issue, is there any word on if the devs are looking into this?

This issue is slightly different @MissBizz . while the Xbox thread says they're not getting Vet Maelstrom but are getting group trial rewards, we on PC are getting Vet Maelstrom rewards, but not group trial rewards.0 -

lonewolf26✭✭✭✭✭I had been complacent when I received notification on my tickets that the issue with mailing rewards had been resolved. That a fix was in place for the mailing system and they sent me my reward via in-game mail.
Then... it happened again Veteran DSA that closed on December 27 on PC failed to deliver a gold reward via mail. So a new ticket was sent to support. Since I had done this before I knew the drill send character name, name of party members, position on the leader board and since I took one a screen shot of the leaderboard at the time of closure. Took some back and forth with customer service (asking the questions I answered in the opening of the ticket) but I eventually received a reward via in-game mail and acknowledgement that yes something had been broken again and they were looking into it.
Unfortunately they would not send the rewards to my party members (who also did not receive their rewards) based on my ticket due to privacy reasons. So I asked each of my friends to send in a customer service ticket for their rewards and they are having the most difficult time getting their due rewards. So far not one of them have been able to get a resolution, one getting a response telling them how they can't restore their lost item if they deconstructed it. To be clear I asked them to file the request via the e-mail form on the support website and not in game.
@ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_BrianWheeler could we please see that these issues are addressed with the back-end that prevent weekly rewards from being sent out. Also would you have any tips that will help my friends cut through the red tape with customer support. This process is impacting them the most.
It's getting to be demoralizing to have to go through this whole song and dance after placing on an impacted leader board each time that the mail daemon fails.
