We want your community team to have more power

Can you listen to your players and add some official polls asking what we want?

Hear me out. From watching ESO live I think some of the less 'clued in' members of staff make decisions.

Of course polls on their own can be rather biased so you'd have to be really careful.
I made a thread about AoE caps and 50% of the replies are 'uneducated' e.g. L2P or 'Cyrodiil is supposed to be about big groups' etc
Not a single long standing player would've favored this *knowing* how effective dmg reduction is..!

We feel your pain, ZOS. But #PromoteGina!
And, maybe make polls that are for new players; and polls that require a certain of amount played for replies?

I dunno. You're better at your job than me. What I do know is you should listen to your community more! Look at all the projects on kickstarter and the insane amount of attention early-access and pre-launch games are getting at the moment. All these devs have one thing in common: massive respect for community needs.

Happier since the latest ESO live! Was very communicative *Big smiley face from Brian*
Night all..!
If your group is bigger than 6 members gain 75% damage reduction.

Write this on the back of your box and see how many sales you get!

You won't get any new PvP players until this archaic AoE crap is fixed.
I for one won't resub until:
1.) You fix lag.
2.) You remove AOE caps we voted against.
3.) 12 months have passed (this is how long we've waited for you to 'get with it')[/b]

I don't know, on certain things I completely agree with you. But it happened and will happen that because of them listening to the community the next problem arises.

Most people are just not giving viable and deep enough arguments to really rely on that. I can't blame them for not doing that actually, although for certain things it would be nice.

What we need is a more professional team that plays the game and gives advice to ZoS, not the random everyday rager on the forums. (Many many players in the ame don't even come on the forums so listening to what's said on the forum isn't always going to be the best decision.)

No offence to the community team but I think they do their job fine.

I want more Developer interactions and not using the community team as a proxy. When a change regarding PvP is going to be made, Brian should announce it and stick it on the PvP section for feedback/bashing to work out any kinks.

When a skill change is planned, Eric should be doing the same.

    etc. etc.

Actually, I think you'll find that a lot of stuff in the game is because of listening to the community.

Vet Ranks - because people way at the beginning wanted to see all of Tamriel on one character, as that wasn't the plan to begin with and areas were going to be faction locked.

Champion System - because people grew to hate Vet Ranks.

Many many nerfs, buffs and the such.

Justice System - people wanted more random objects and things to pick up in the world to make the world feel more interactable.

I'm sure there's more but it's Monday and thinking on a Monday is not a thing that should happen too much.
    Sweetrolls for all!

Christophe Mottierre - Breton Templar with his own whole darn estate! Templar Houses are so 2015. EU DC

    PC Beta Tester January 2014

    Elder of The Black
    Order of Sithis
    The Runners

^^^^^^This a thousand times this. It's amazing to me how quickly people forget that they were the ones who asked Zos to deviate from so many of their original plans and then bash them for making "bad decisions."

May they be free from suffering
May they find the joy that has never known suffering
May they be free from attachment and hatred
