Thats what im running. For my armor I have 3 endurance, 5mordulkin 2 bloodspawn and 2 agility combined with drinks and ww ult on my s&b bar my regen is at 2.2k without potion buffs while still being at 3k+ weapon damage with rally up.

✭✭TemplarWhat's special about orcs is their passive to get 4% increased damage to melee attacks. If you compare that to other races with bonuses that help with stamina dps (e.g. redguard or Imperial), you can see that the more weapon damage you have compared to your stamina, the better orcs become.
As Templars are the only class, that has a bonus for weapon damage, but not for stamina, they benefit the most from the orc passive.
But I personally wouldn't choose my class based on some theorycrafting. If you are not happy with the animations of your class skills, you probably won't care about a slight advantage you have over other players.3 -

But theres nothing really 'best' about any of the classes in the sense that whatever you get out of choosing your class based on your race and your race based on your class. Crit is important for stam sorcs but relative very easy to get with the Thief mundus.
Effective setup for 2H stam sorc:
5x TBS (Thief and Shadow mundus)
3x Agility jewelry
2x Molag Kena (or 1x Molag Kena and 1x Blood Spawn)
1x Maelstrom sharpened 2H

12%+12%+8%+surge 20% muwahahahahahaaa toss on an armor ignore maul with sharpened and champion points for ignorr armor for like 50% armor pen and yeah laughing intensifies. .0 -
