From what I know, it has been bugged since Orsinium dropped, on all campaigns. I submitted a bug report a while ago, obviously to no avail.

While we are at it, can we fix the lower archways into the center, we are practically forced to use the upper entrance since the lower glitches out and players can get physically stuck floating in space.

There are many places in Sewers where you can get stuck, in certain areas enemies get stuck in walls and underground, so you stay in combat mode and can't pick a chest

The doors between locations are also bugged. If you press E to enter, you walk through the door and then suddently you're back behind the door and have to press E again.

The roaming bosses can be bugged to permanently stay in a doorway where people have to pass, to get further in the tunnels. The boss will not move, untill someone aggros it and gets killed by it - if someone simply aggros it and runs successfully away - boss will go back to doorway and stay bugged.

I sometimes use repair kits, and I take just as much damage as when I had damaged gear. My resources run out just as fast as if I had fully damaged gear too. I can return to base, with only 59/60 in armor rating, and my repair bill will be 1.6k as if I had fully damaged gear parts.

ZOS Molag Bal in Barathrum Centrata was cool Q_Q fix that first, then all the above rant + what @zerosingularity wrote.
