I have had gear I loved oodles,but had to put it away,due to my leveling way above it.Even after I improved it to Legendary.
I'm still trying to get my Prismatic Bow up to Legendary,hoping it will continue to work for me. I love it so much.

What's the point? VR will be gone quite soon, then all sets will scale, but with different power levels, likely based upon Champion Rank.

Definitely, there are some really fun sets which, if you were to use them at v16, would only gimp yourself. Would be really great compared to straight stat-increase sets.Although, there is this set I used in BWB a while back which has a good chance of blinding your attacker (can't remember the specifics). I'd hate for that to be more popular!

they are gonna scale gear from CP, so more like they should be CP160 after update. And be accordingly updated each time new tier is introduced. I doubt it will ever happen though.

Not only that but also:
-All sets should come in All armor and item types including jewelry and weapons.
-There should be a "reroll trait" option for crafting. This could be done with either purple yellow crafting mats , gold or some other consumable drop from last dungeon bosses.
-The motifs of all drooped sets should be changeable. The motifs of all drooped sets should be available for crafting

Some should defiantly scale up, some should not, some should probably scale up later.

If you just scaled up a good 60 - 70 % and had jewelry crafting you could have some very fun theory crafting going on.

They just need to make a player controlled cosmetic feature and do away with the all-in-one costumes. Give us a wardrobe feature with some craftable and some Crown Store items. Allow for us to pick and choose which piece we want changed cosmetically.

Gear always becomes outdated with new content, but most people enjoy the cosmetic look.

I don't think all sets should exist at max level, but most sets should. Especially:
- all trial drops
- all vet dungeon drops
- all pvp rewards / sets you can buy with ap

But it does not matter anymore, as many people have already mentioned, they will remove VR levels, so many older sets will come back in one way or another.

Well incase you guys don't know you will need X Champion Points to wear gear and X points to improve it so.
•so if you don't have a high enough number you can't make your gear gold.
•you can bet that they will change the sets that are really good but are low level just to make you grind for them.
