Question about laurels

I posted this else where to no avail
With the laurel drops scaling from 50% - 100% for vet dungeons, and then 25% for non vet dungeons, depending on pages read, my question is this.
If I have all pages, I am guaranteed a drop from the final boss in any vet dungeon, or is it from undaunted pledges only?
Secondly, if I ran fungal grotto a few times with a low level, I would have a 25% chance of drops from those bosses too, right? (Knowing all the pages of mercanary)

Laurels in non vet dungeons do not drop 25% of the time. It drops at 1/4 of the chance you have in a vet dungeon. Yes, 100% guaranteed in a vet dungeon. Regardless of daily pledge or not. Yes, that's how it is, in my understanding. But only from the final boss. But you can repeat the dungeon as often as you want for a renewed 25% chance.
