how much leveling does orsinium offer?

im a vet 2 sorc just starting the quest in orsinium if I completed all quest/public dungeons/solo delves there how much could I expect to level up vet3? vet5? anyone got any idea?

Edit: my guess would be, not higher than VR4, but I don't know.

✭✭✭✭✭Doing -everything- I got my third character from V14 to V16. (first was already V16, second V15 and hit V16 halfway through it). So, I'd say story 1½ veteran ranks, optional stuff like the public dungeaons, world bosses, dailies, maelstrom arena and so on, the rest...
Which means, my plans for all my alts will be taking cadwells to V14 (ought to be easy enough with the new lower V rank requirements - maybe a little cyrodil to make up the difference if not) and then wrothgar for the rest...0 -
