[PS4] Is it me or did Magicka Regen get nerf'd?

I have a Magicka Nightblade, and I always run low on Mag now. This never use to happen when I used Funnel Health, now I spend more time on my resto heavy attacks then I do my spells.
Could it be a bug?

It's not nerfed mine is quite high and it works well. it may be on your end I recall hearing about something like this being reported on the PC but I can't remember for the life of me what the response was.

The same thing has happened on PC... there are ninja nerfs that have been made that ZOS won't come out and admit to. Regen is slower for both Magicka and Stamina and some abilities are costing more. ZOS has tried to blame it on the battle leveling system but haven't actually fixed it.

Did a non battle-leveled group dungeon the other night and crafted myself some VR10 Magnus as it's a good overall set. It turns out I was getting way better regen whilst using a VR2 silks of the Sun set from levelling, so something is definitely up...was lasting a whole 10 sets of rotation with 1.2k regen.

I was wondering the same thing. When IC was released I started using elemental drain and I could run dungeons and use 1 or 2 magicka pots throughout the run. This past week tho, using elemental drain i find myself using magicka pots a lot more.

I even took out my self heal for ele drain, and was still running low on magicka, even just single target.

Yes! Ran the gold key yesterday and was continuously running low on magicka even with 37k, using tri pots and overload. Something has definitely changed.

Yup ever since IC my substain has been very different that before it, a lot of my friends have noticed the same thing, as far as I can tell no official word on what's been done about it(if anything)
