My wife and I were questing, and we both hit 27 on the same quest turn in. She got an attribute point and a skill point. I got neither.
I exited the game, and relogged to see if it would show up later. It did not.
I exited the game and came back a while later, still no skill point or attribute point.
I submitted a ticket. In the auto-canned-worthless response they didn't even really read my ticket, and SET MY TICKET TO SOLVED. Nothing was accomplished, nothing was fixed, nothing was done. It is NOT SOLVED.
What kind of a**hat move is it to auto close someones ticket with a response telling me you have high ticket volume, and to go read about the patches.
Very disappointed, but can't say I expected you to live up to your "Helping you is our passion!" email titles given the amount of issues I see go unanswered here on the forums.

Also of note, the Xbox One Smart Glass interaction fails to function when trying to create a support ticket in game. Having it open, and applying focus to the text field for the ticket does not trigger the keyboard on the app to open. Very annoying trying to be detailed for a ticket and not being able to use the keyboard on the phone app as we can during account creation and character creation.
