[151108-002393] Missing skill and attribute points from leveling

My wife and I were questing, and we both hit 27 on the same quest turn in. She got an attribute point and a skill point. I got neither.

I exited the game, and relogged to see if it would show up later. It did not.
I exited the game and came back a while later, still no skill point or attribute point.

I submitted a ticket. In the auto-canned-worthless response they didn't even really read my ticket, and SET MY TICKET TO SOLVED. Nothing was accomplished, nothing was fixed, nothing was done. It is NOT SOLVED.

What kind of a**hat move is it to auto close someones ticket with a response telling me you have high ticket volume, and to go read about the patches.

Very disappointed, but can't say I expected you to live up to your "Helping you is our passion!" email titles given the amount of issues I see go unanswered here on the forums.

My ticket number is (or was since some skeeving horker closed it) 151108-002393.

Also of note, the Xbox One Smart Glass interaction fails to function when trying to create a support ticket in game. Having it open, and applying focus to the text field for the ticket does not trigger the keyboard on the app to open. Very annoying trying to be detailed for a ticket and not being able to use the keyboard on the phone app as we can during account creation and character creation.

    The "high ticket volume" is probably everyone hitting them up for missing Crowns, lol.

    I replied to my ticket, and no response as of yet, and of course not here either.

    So ZOS you just tossed my ticket aside because you don't feel my ticket deserved a real response or you just do not care for me as a customer?

    Trivial issue I know, but the way this is being handled is not acceptable for a customer.

    Most in-game UI issues (including NPC, quest problems and missing crowns/entitlements) can be resolved by logging out for five minutes then back in which will load you into a new game instance.

    Re open your ticket - an email wont reopen it. Go to Support - Tickets and change the status and add an update.

    @Tee_Elle The status of the ticket is "Unresolved" as of my last reply on the 9th.

    No communications since, and none here either. What great support. Good thing helping me is their passion.

    Last communication was 11/09/2015 09:40 AM by me. How is it that this:

    1) Gets a totally useless initial response that doesn't even convey an understanding of the issue
    2) Get auto closed
    3) Not get any response at all after replying that there is still an issue.

    @ZOS_JessicaFolsom @ZOS_GinaBruno I will reply to my ticket from the support site as well. This is most absurd to say the least. Regardless of the severity of the issue, this type of service is shameful.

    Yeah, it's the same kind of thing that happened at BioWare with Mass Effect 3, when at first they were helpfull, then suddenly started to ignore everyone when they realised they couldn't fix a problem... they kind of hoped people would get fed up and forget about it. It won't happen with the Crowns issue though because it's something people are paying for, the most they would do in cancel their sub... but maybe that's the intention, you never know.

    @robwolf666 It's really absurd isnt it? How can they really think this is the right way to treat customers?

    They'll eventually lock this thread without even resolving my issue, I imagine.

    Next response was them asking me to submit the ticket from ingame. HELLO!!!!!!!!!! Thats where this all originated from! Read the damn ticket.

    This has to be a joke guys. Seriously?

    This has to be the most rediculous excuse for support I have ever encountered. Still no response 10 days later. Issue still not addressed, support system has been nothing but automated canned answers unrelated to my issue.
