Are consoles getting the axe campaign or others like it?

As the title says, I think it would be a decent Idea and add 2 other gated campaigns to consoles that would stop the IC gankfest complaints.

No axe @ZOS_BrianWheeler can you care to comment as to the reasons why consoles are locked out of a feature that PC has?

TBH (at least on Na) Axe has essentially been a buff server. Gated access is meaningless when it is the only campaign with it. If people really want to go into IC they just swap to literally any other server. For gated access to actually encourage pvp it has to be the rule and not the exception to the rule.
