Crashing Every Time In Wrothgar

Game crashing to desktop every 5-6 minutes I try to play in Wrothgar, any character, doing anything. Play in any other zone works completely fine. I've tried it without any addons and the game continues to crash. I have created and sent in a Support Ticket copying the text from the Crash Report that displays on my screen when the game crashes and closes, AND I've created and attached the Consultant report as per ESO instructions. I've also run the Repair tool to no effect.
This has been happening now for over a week and I've heard NOTHING back from Zenimax support. Is there anything else I should be doing to get in touch with someone?
Is anyone else experiencing Wrothgar only crashing?
Can @ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_JessicaFolsom or @ZOS_JasonI help perhaps?

✭I would suggest you to take the steps suggested in several other threads, like removing addons, lowering graphics or reducing level of details, perform the technical adjustments listed in the fixed topic (assuming you're on PC) plus all the other basic things like defrag and lookout for errors on your HDD (if you still use one instead of SSD).
After all of this, if not solve, you submit a ticket for investigation.I am the very model of a scientist Salarian, I've studied species Turian, Asari, and Batarian.
I'm quite good at genetics (as a subset of biology) because I am an expert (which I know is a tautology).

✭Atm. the game is completely unplayable for me. and I crash every 1-2 minute I'm in Wrothgar, or anywhere els in the game -.-
..my chars are all parked near a bank, and I struggle not disconnecting upon login or when I open my inventory, mailbox or guildstores.
I will try to reinstall the game, otherwise I have to get a better pc. My problem is that this game ran very nice on release date, I could do pvp and trials with good graphical settings, and not experience 1/100 of the problems and disconnections that I have now. I try to play the game on minimum settins, even minimum resolution and yet it keeps crashing.
I use 3 addons, I've tested the game with and without, it makes no difference.0 -

✭Have you tried to play... slowly? I mean, log in but don't just rush your way. Although the game has been loaded, it wasn't really fully loaded. This in a crowded city or in a period of day with many players online, if you keep up at an accelerated rate, might stress your rig at the point it doesn't know how to react properly and crash, as an escape valve.I am the very model of a scientist Salarian, I've studied species Turian, Asari, and Batarian.

It's NOT the rig. I got that load of crap from ZOS over and over. Oh, and then the 'patch' was supposed to fix it. They finally even admitted there was a problem after repeated pushing it off as a player hardware issue. But the patch did NOT fix it. The game crashes IMMEDIATELY upon trying to log into my character in Orsinium. Same flipping story as a couple weeks ago. I don't have any issue at all with any of my other toons that aren't in Orsinium. I submitted ticket after ticket, bug report after bug report and scores of crash reports... nothing from ZOS except finally... "you need a better computer"!!!!!!
Here is my latest ticket number: #151118-002895. I swear I will pop a blood vessel if I get another condescending flippant "response" from support saying I need a better computer. They know this is a problem.Edited by NerdyHayseed on November 19, 2015 2:13AM0 -
alkoriak✭✭✭I have same problem and it's not only in Wrothgar also in repaer's march in one crafting station, exit from game without any notification, not a problem of inactivity because I was wandering from station to station and looking character sheet. In Wrothgar, in banks, suild stores etc it happens all the time with all chars

alkoriak✭✭✭No problem, it's just something on Zenimax 's end as it happens only now to many people. They said will fix monday in Wrothgar but hope they fix general issue too.0

heavy_artillery✭✭✭Finally heard back from Support and they said I need to try lowering my video settings. Seriously? My rig isn't brand new but it should be plenty powerful enough to run at the high settings. I'm going to try it pisses me off they took forever to respond and after I submitted my Reports they still say "reduce the water-effect quality setting" to fix it. "Run the Launcher as Admin" was another. Um, it's already set that way and still crashes.
I guess when the game went sub-free they decided the tech support/customer satisfaction wasn't really important anymore. Thought as a subscriber I might get better but apparently not. I know I wont be renewing my sub.

Same here - nothing they suggested fixed my game. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the entire game with no improvement. Can't get an answer to my support request, either.
