The group that met with ZOS last night consists of GM's and officers of 26 different guilds, with a range of game focus. Yes, large trading guilds had a presence, but we also have representatives from small social guilds, PVP guilds, PVE guilds and endgame content guilds. It allowed us to present a wide range of issues and feedback, which ultimately is of great value to the various creative teams.
We are always looking for more representatives, all that is necessary is a strong desire to help improve the quality of life in the game. Ping me if you're interested.
The bigger takeaway here is that ZOS IS actively engaging the community, and IS actively working on delivering a better experience. As a community, that's exactly what we want, right?
Edit to add: a HUGE thanks to the ZOS reps that attended last night, many of whom weren't "at work" or were on a "day off". We really appreciated your time, and SUPER appreciate your commitment to listening to and requesting feedback, and are happy to be a part of that process!!
From my experience these meetings are not the devs leaking sensitive/confidential release information but are players providing feedback on things we all openly discuss in game anyhow. What appears on the itinerary is a starting point to open the lines of communication.wenxue2222b16_ESO wrote: »This one knows they have these meetings but would have assumed it would be normal for the contents of such meetings to be confidential. There is an organization that incorporates the top10 Pve guilds of the game, where meetings and discussions are held on a regular basis. Non of them have knowledge about this meeting. No idea what endgame PvE guilds you are talking about, but certainly not the ones pushing the scores, or the top-end ones. A missed opportunity I would say.

@wenxue2222b16_ESO
at least one normal post from you without Claws BS
The posts of Santie Claws are some of the few very truly enjoyable posts on this forum. Keep up the nice writing, Santie.

Housing and Barber Shop will keep the RP community happy for many years. The guild features are also awesome, will solve so much headaches.
