Why is the introduction of the 'play with yarn' emote not right at the top of the list on that terribly photoshopped fake mail thing?

The funny part is, that's fake and it has stuff written in there that they already told us.
Has anyone reported this thread, asking if it's actually fake or not? If it's not, I bet it's not allowed anyway.

These meetings happen. For the amount of time you guys are on the forums I would of assumed you were aware of there existence. In the future, try researching a little before harassing others and derailing threads.

How is saying it's fake derailing a thread, and last I checked they talked to streamers not guild owners.

Yep, they've been doing these meetings for at least a year that I know of. Several guilds I've been in have asked for player input for questions at one time or another.

You're not discussing the topic, you're derailing by bringing the authenticity of the post into question. You've been told multiple times it's authentic, get over it and discuss or move on. simple really.

I was personally present at this meeting. There was indeed much said that has already been confirmed, though the scope of the meeting was much larger than the mail suggests.

The group that met with ZOS last night consists of GM's and officers of 26 different guilds, with a range of game focus. Yes, large trading guilds had a presence, but we also have representatives from small social guilds, PVP guilds, PVE guilds and endgame content guilds. It allowed us to present a wide range of issues and feedback, which ultimately is of great value to the various creative teams.

We are always looking for more representatives, all that is necessary is a strong desire to help improve the quality of life in the game. Ping me if you're interested.

The bigger takeaway here is that ZOS IS actively engaging the community, and IS actively working on delivering a better experience. As a community, that's exactly what we want, right?

Edit to add: a HUGE thanks to the ZOS reps that attended last night, many of whom weren't "at work" or were on a "day off". We really appreciated your time, and SUPER appreciate your commitment to listening to and requesting feedback, and are happy to be a part of that process!!

Group binding the BOP drops is a very interesting idea...I think I like it...need more information in this regard.

Tabbed bank permissions is something I think we've all been asking for since the first gbank was hijacked. I glad to know they are working on it finally.

This one knows they have these meetings but would have assumed it would be normal for the contents of such meetings to be confidential. That is usually the case where there is interaction between a games company and players about possible future content.

From my experience these meetings are not the devs leaking sensitive/confidential release information but are players providing feedback on things we all openly discuss in game anyhow. What appears on the itinerary is a starting point to open the lines of communication.

As you can see there is nothing stating "new content release date" or "super secret new zone". The topics are more in line with core mechanic and itemization changes, which are topics not requiring confidentiality. For those who are not in attendance, don't fret...the discussions are often parroting what you hear on the forums, because after all it's the players doing most of the talking.

This medium is helpful for the devs so the feedback is concentrated and not spread out over 100s of 1,000s of forums posts.

    Sounds promising.

Expect 5 more sets locked behind RnG and terribly boring dungeon runs implemented Soon™.

I am dreading to think what ZoS' version of "improved" looks like. As we all know, what they say and what they do is worlds apart.
We'll see i guess, not holding my breath though.

There is an organization that incorporates the top10 Pve guilds of the game, where meetings and discussions are held on a regular basis. Non of them have knowledge about this meeting. No idea what endgame PvE guilds you are talking about, but certainly not the ones pushing the scores, or the top-end ones. A missed opportunity I would say.

It would be nice to get a more detailed summary of what was discussed at this meeting. I don't think it would kill anyone if ZOS just made a policy of recording all meetings with guilds and posting it for everyone to listen to.

ZoS meets with many groups of varying backgrounds/expertise in the game.

As Sylvie mentioned, we have all types of guild GMs/Officers/Players in our group, not just trade guilds.

These meetings (at least ours) are not about securing promises or exclusive info. They are about pointing out issues/bugs and providing feedback on whatever topic(s) ZoS would like us to.

The screenshots were from a guild mail from one of our member GM's, something ZoS gave permission to do and, as sylvie mentioned, were a few of the highlights from a meeting that discussed numerous topics.

Nothing in the screenshot should be interpreted as a guarantee until you see it in-game. :)

If i was meeting with devs I wouldn't tell everyone. The simple reason it does nothing to tell. It doesn't help the community/ The only reason is to say look at me i am special and you are not..... The time would be better spent making fourm posts that matter. All of us can give feed back to the devs. Just write up a post. You want BOP to change write posts. Tell them how you feel. I am happy zos takes their time to meet some I guess in ts but I am also happy they response to what we post in theses fourms...

They show they care so much about what we all think.. Then on top of everything else every 2 weeks we get a broadcast.

So Cheers people who have meetings with zos in ts....Cheers to Guild masters who met personally with them. Cheers to people who post threads giving constructive feedback.. Cheers to the guy who hangs outside their house and writes anything they hear about up coming DLCs. Cheers to the POD casters who have one and one chats.. Cheer to the streamers and so many more.

Cheers to all that ZOS cares what we think... How we get them that constructive feeback really doesn't matter. It just matters we do get them feedback. They can not read our minds yet....that is probability be in another DLC

-Player housing....This isn't something that is needed

Just because you don't "need it" ... well other have different ideas. And I would really really really like to see it. And would spend crowns on things like trophy racks and a hobby farm so I could see all my "pets" and "mounts" at once.
    -Grouping Tools (Group Finder)

A way to do cross-faction grouping with friends/guildies for undaunted is needed.
-Guild stuff - <small snip> Both platforms require a completely different use, they need independent functions by platform,

I hadn't thought about that. good point that different platforms have different needs (and different potential).
-Barbershop - I hope and wish they come up with a name that makes sense

I want options that make sense. Adding scars, changing jewelry (maybe a jewelry box in 'collections'), changing hairstyles (there is a turban/dreads style that I could only find for khajiit - not fair!).

-Cyrodil performance.....Well to be honest, its too much going on in one space.

I really find myself wondering if disabling or really really toning down visible spell effects would make a difference.

Tenesi Faryon of Telvanni - Dunmer Sorceress who deliberately sought sacrifice into Cold Harbor to rescue her beloved.
Hisa Ni Caemaire - Altmer Sorceress, member of the Order Draconis and Adept of the House of Dibella.
Broken Branch Toothmaul - goblin (for my goblin characters, I use either orsimer or bosmer templates) Templar, member of the Order Draconis and persistently unskilled pickpocket
Mol gro Durga - Orsimer Socerer/Battlemage who died the first time when the Nibenay Valley chapterhouse of the Order Draconis was destroyed, then went back to Cold Harbor to rescue his second/partner who was still captive. He overestimated his resistance to the hopelessness of Oblivion, about to give up, and looked up to see the golden glow of atherius surrounding a beautiful young woman who extended her hand to him and said "I can help you". He carried Fianna Kingsley out of Cold Harbor on his shoulder. He carried Alvard Stower under one arm. He also irritated the Prophet who had intended the portal for only Mol and Lyris.

Order Draconis - well c'mon there has to be some explanation for all those dragon tattoos.

Yup... I'm a sucker for certain types of things in the crown store. Like I already bought the mind shriven horse (closest thing i can find to a "lighting" steed - hint hint), the flaming devil horse (no I'm sure that's not the 'official' name), the bears.... but none of them are enabled yet, as I haven't have the right RP moment.
